Express Build is finishing a recent residential project on Moore Street, Trinity Beach: 8 current dwellings (3 duplex buildings plus 2 houses). We need qualified carpenters and experienced wall and floor tilers to help get it over the line.

Employees or ABN subcontractors both welcome.

Carpenters
Fit-off: doors, jambs, architraves, skirting and hardware
Wardrobes, shelving and general finishing carpentry
Decking, framing touch-ups, defects and punch-list work

Tilers
Floor and wall tiling in bathrooms, ensuites, laundries and living areas
Screeds, falls to waste, neat grout and silicone finishes
Licensed waterproofers highly regarded

About you
Trade qualified, or proven experience in your trade
Current White Card (essential)




QBCC licence if working under your ABN
Own tools and reliable transport
Quality workmanship and able to work to a program

What we offer
$50 to $70 per hour depending on trade, experience and employee or ABN. ABN tilers are welcome to price by the m²
Steady local work in Trinity Beach, no travel
