Kidscape Early Learning Centre Bonshaw is looking for passionate and caring Certificate III and Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our team.

About the role

As an Early Childhood Educator at Kidscape Bonshaw, you will help provide a secure, welcoming and engaging environment where children can play, learn and grow.

Your responsibilities will include
Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences
Building positive and respectful relationships with children and families
Supporting children’s individual learning, development and wellbeing
Maintaining a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning workplace
Working collaboratively with educators and centre leadership
Contributing to observations, documentation and learning programs
Following relevant regulations, policies and child-safe practices

About you

We are seeking applicants who have:




A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or W/T Diploma, or an equivalent recognised qualification
A current Working with Children Check
A genuine passion for early childhood education
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A warm, qualified and dependable approach
An understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current First Aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis qualifications, or a willingness to obtain them
