We're looking for an experienced Assistant Café Manager to support the leadership of our Bassendean café.

This is an chance to help lead a passionate team, create exceptional guest experiences and contribute to a café that is an important part of the local community.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
Supporting the Café Manager in the day-to-day operation of the café
Leading shifts and maintaining high operational standards
Coaching and developing Team Members
Delivering exceptional guest experiences
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training
Assisting with labour, stock and inventory management
Maintaining Dôme standards for quality,



service and cleanliness
Acting as the leader on duty when required
Supporting the development of future leaders within the team
