FOX & BOW - CAFE SUPERVISOR

We’re looking for an experienced Cafe Supervisor to lead our team and help us keep building the kind of café people love working in — and locals love coming back to.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll be on the floor, leading from the front and helping set the energy for the team.

You’ll be responsible for:
Training, developing and getting the best out of our team
Building a outstanding workplace culture
Creating genuine relationships with our regulars and local community
Rostering and managing day-to-day staffing
Ordering and stock control
Helping organise events and community initiatives
Maintaining high standards across service, specialty coffee and food
Making sure every customer is genuinely greeted





You’ll be joining an established and experienced leadership team, with plenty of support around you, while still having the opportunity to make the role your own and have a genuine impact on the business. We’re looking for someone who is organised, energetic and genuinely loves hospitality.

Someone who understands that running a outstanding café isn’t just about making valuable coffee or getting food out quickly — it’s about creating a place where customers want to come back and people want to work.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
