Experienced Cook / Chef – Queen Ester, Manly

We are looking for an experienced Cook / Chef to join our team at Queen Ester in Manly.

Queen Ester is a young, energetic restaurant with a strong street-food vibe. Expect busy services, good music and a lively atmosphere. We are building a kitchen culture that is qualified, fast-paced, and fun to work in.

We are looking for someone with solid kitchen experience who is confident working during busy services, takes pride in their food, and works well as part of a team.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of qualified kitchen experience
Confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
Robust cooking and food preparation skills
Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene




Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency
Reliable, organised and able to work well under pressure
Robust teamwork and communication skills
Available to work a mix of weekdays, evenings and weekends

Pay: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
