Job Role: Business Process Analyst

Job type - Contract
Key Responsibilities:
·Process Modelling: Map, document, and optimize end-to-end "as-is" and "to-be" business processes using tools such as SAP Signavio.
·ServiceNow Translation: Translate Signavio process maps and business requirements into actionable functional requirements, user stories, and workflows for ServiceNow developers.
·Process Mining & Optimization: Analyze process mining data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and use these insights to drive automation within ServiceNow and supporting platforms.
·Cross-Functional Facilitation: Lead workshops with stakeholders to capture business needs and ensure ServiceNow solutions align with broader enterprise process designs.
·Agile Delivery: Manage the product backlog and participate in sprint planning, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow modules.
