About the role

Reporting to HYTORC's executive leadership team, you will lead the Australia and New Zealand business with responsibility for strategic direction, profitable growth, and operational excellence. You will lead a multidisciplinary team across sales, service, customer support and operations throughout Australia and Recent Zealand.

About you
Experienced General Manager, Business Manager or Operations Manager from an industrial, engineering, technical services or equipment-related industry
Proven leadership experience within a $10M-$50M business
Strong operational management capability




Experience leading technical or service-based teams
Demonstrated success growing revenue and improving performance
Strong people leadership skills
A practical and hands-on approach
