About the role

You will be responsible for actively developing current business and relationships with strata managers, building managers, strata committees, property managers, remedial/building consultants, facility managers, builders and other industry decision-makers. This is not a role for someone who wants to sit back and wait for incoming enquiries. You are looking for someone proactive who knows how to open doors, create prospects and turn relationships into projects.

Key responsibilities
Generate qualified leads and enquiries
Arrange client meetings and site inspections
Identify upcoming projects and tenders
Develop current industry relationships
Maintain and grow existing relationships
Follow up quotations and tenders
Work closely with management and estimating team to convert opportunities into secured projects

About you
Proven business development or sales experience within painting, remedial construction,



strata, property services, facilities management or the broader construction industry
Existing network within the Sydney strata and property industry is highly desirable
Confident dealing with decision-makers
Comfortable developing relationships from the ground up
Commercially minded
Self-motivated
Ability to demonstrate a history of generating real business opportunities
