Demant seeks a Regional IT Support Specialist for the Service Desk in Brisbane (Nundah). This permanent, full time hybrid role starts onsite and moves to a 3 days in the office/2 days at home pattern, with shifts from 6:30am to 6:30pm AEST and occasional intrastate travel.

You will provide 1st and 2nd level IT support across hardware, software, network and workplace tech, handling incidents from first contact to resolution.
