AO3 Project Management Support Officer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AO3 Project Management Support Officer to provide high-level administrative and operational support to project teams within a busy government setting.

This role is ideal for a highly organised qualified who enjoys supporting projects, managing competing priorities and ensuring business operations run smoothly. You will play a key role in coordinating documentation, financial processes, recruitment processes, reporting and stakeholder communication to support the successful delivery of projects.

Key responsibilities
Provide administrative and project support to management and project teams
Coordinate confidential correspondence, briefing notes and project documentation
Assist with recruitment processes
Maintain records, databases,



document management systems and correspondence tracking systems
Compile, analyse and prepare reports as required
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and provide secretariat support
Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders
Manage competing priorities and support project delivery outcomes
Assist with process improvements and adapt to recent systems and technologies

About you
Proven experience in project support, business support, recruitment support or administration roles
Government experience
