Accounts Administrator An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced operational team. This role will see you supporting a range of administration, finance and reporting functions, ensuring the efficient management of supplier and customer accounts, invoicing, stock reconciliation and data administration activities. This position is ideal for a highly organised administrator who enjoys working with large volumes of data and thrives in a detail-oriented setting.

Your New Role

Key responsibilities will include
Managing supplier, customer and contractor setups across multiple systems
Accounts Payable
Data entry of invoices
Maintaining and updating pricing schedules and records
Processing supplier payments and customer invoices
Monitoring stock movements and reconciling inventory records
Raising purchase orders and processing associated payments
Performing account reconciliations and investigating discrepancies
Preparing regular operational and financial reports
Maintaining accurate records and data within ERP systems
Managing exception reporting and resolving issues as they arise
Providing administrative support to internal stakeholders across the business





What You'll Need to Succeed To be successful in this position, you will demonstrate:
Previous experience in administration, finance administration, accounts payable or accounts receivable
Solid data entry skills and a high level of accuracy
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or similar
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Strong reconciliation and reporting capabilities
Excellent organisation and time management skills
The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
