Client Account Manager (MSP) | Gold Coast (Remote)

$90,000 - $100,000 + super An established Managed Service Provider is looking for a Client Account Manager to own the full relationship for a portfolio of business clients, acting as their trusted ICT advisor.

This is a strategic, relationship-led role, not a support or ticket-queue position. You'll be the person clients turn to for guidance on their technology direction, not just a point of contact.

What you'll be doing:
Own the whole-of-business relationship for an assigned client portfolio, building trust with key decision makers as their go-to ICT advisor
Develop and review client-specific ICT strategies annually, covering budgets, infrastructure refreshes and risk mitigation
Run quarterly strategy reviews with clients, in person, to keep plans aligned to their business
Manage renewals proactively, working ahead of expiry rather than reacting to it

Identify service gaps and educate clients on how additional offerings genuinely perk their business
Lead proposals for major projects, owning the business case and presentation while technical teams handle the detail
Work closely with Solution Architects and Engineers to ensure solutions are built around real client needs

What you'll bring:
Proven experience in an Account Manager, Client Manager or Service Delivery Manager role within an MSP or IT services workplace
A consultative, relationship-first approach, comfortable positioning yourself as a trusted advisor rather than a salesperson
Solid communication skills, confident presenting strategy and proposals to business stakeholders
Genuine account management discipline, managing renewals, growth and retention as core metrics, not an afterthought
