Feros Care is expanding its Rostering team in NSW and seeks a Rostering and Scheduling Officer to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time. You will coordinate schedules across aged care services to maintain continuity of care and respond to changes efficiently.

Ideal candidates will bring experience in rostering or workforce coordination within healthcare, solid organizational skills, and a proactive, cooperative approach to problem solving.
