Administration Support - Work from Home (must live in Perth Metro area)

All Round Gardens & Reticulation are looking for an Administration Support person for our growing gardening and reticulation teams North of the river .

This is a work from home position, however the first week will be located in Midland area for training.

This position is around 30 hrs per week - Monday to Friday 7am-1.30pm, but there is some room for flexibility for the right candidate. Starting ASAP.

Duties include:
Answering the office phone, handling client enquiries, and taking new bookings including messages received via service m8.
Must be familiar with northern suburbs
Engage with messenger enquiries to convert to current bookings.
Support to 2 gardening teams/ 1 reticulation team assisting with client liaison and any scheduling adjustments.
Dealing with all email, client’s general enquiries, new leads from website
Scheduling and processing new bookings in service M8 and sending confirmation emails.
Allocate client payments as required in Xero




Prepare client invoices in Service M8 from Messenger notifications from the gardening team.
Re-scheduling bookings in service M8 due to weather/client unavailability or staff absence
Consult with management on any client/staff queries as required.

Essential Requirements:
Ability to work independently from home with robust communication skills and good time management skills.
Good customer service skills, including being able to hand any conflict resolution.
Previous experience with Service M8 and XERO is desirable
Full work rights in Australia
Valuable work ethic and attitude, whilst independent position you are very much required to be a team player.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $32.50 per hour
