ANNEES® is seeking a Shop Manager to lead our brand current Townsville venue, owning day-to-day operations and delivering ANNEES® standards across guest experience, team performance, product quality, and compliance.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll manage rostering, budgeting, stock control, training, and promotions while coordinating hiring and performance reviews. The role requires flexibility across 7 days, with probation and the Rapid Food Industry Award.
