Seven West Media Limited in Melbourne is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to deliver reliable IT services across the organisation. You will work closely with infrastructure, development, vendors and service providers to support a cross-platform media group.

As the primary contact for incidents, you will diagnose hardware, software, network and application issues, install and maintain workstations and enable secure remote access while reporting to the Service Delivery Manager.
