Crown Melbourne is seeking a Bar Manager to lead a high‑performing team in a energetic Food & Beverage workplace. This 12‑month maximum‑term role focuses on service excellence, team engagement and delivering robust commercial results while ensuring guest experiences are memorable.

You will be responsible for day‑to‑day venue operations, payroll and cost control, coaching staff, and maintaining Crown’s service standards with safety and compliance at the forefront.
