Rural Northwest Health is seeking a PAG Assistant to help deliver engaging group activities across Warracknabeal, Hopetoun and Beulah campuses. The role supports the Social Support Group to foster physical, social and emotional wellbeing in community members.

You'll work alongside the Social Support Group Team Leader to build quality relationships with consumers and staff and ensure the Social Support Program is delivered meaningfully and safely.
