Monash Health is seeking a Level 3 Consumer Lived Experience Worker for the Youth Consultation and Treatment Team (YCTT) in Dandenong, VIC. This ongoing part time role focuses on peer support for young people aged 16–25 with mental health conditions, using lived experience to inspire hope and recovery in a team-oriented, multidisciplinary setting.

The role involves mentoring, decision-making support and recovery coaching, with follow-ups via phone, telehealth and in-person visits.
