YMCA Queensland is seeking an Educational Leader for the Kedron Outside School Hours Care team on a permanent part time basis. You will shape engaging programs, mentor educators, and ensure every child feels protected and included.

You will lead by example, champion play-based learning, and collaborate with families and schools to create a robust support network around each child. Applicants should have a Diploma in Children’s Services and relevant ECEC experience.
