Bentley Bakery in Cairns region is seeking a baker to prepare a variety of sweets including vanilla slice, lamingtons, tarts and eclairs, with openness to recent ideas. The role requires bread experience and reliable transport due to location.

Shifts run from 12pm to 6pm, with occasional 2am–8am shifts as needed, and it’s based at Bentley Park. Applicants should be able to work in a small team and adapt to bakery demands.
