Our friendly General Practice is looking for an experienced, warm, organized and reliable Medical Receptionist to join our team in Edgeworth. We care deeply about our patients and provide a supportive setting for our staff.
As the face of our Practice, you will provide a welcoming experience for all patients while keeping the front desk running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering Phone calls, handling inquiries, and booking appointments.
- Process patient billings, Medicare claims, and Workers Comp.
- Managing patient records and data entry using practice software.
- Liaising with Doctors, Nurse and allied health staff.
