Atlas Partners in Melbourne is seeking an HR Generalist to work part time (3 days per week) as the independent on-the-ground HR presence. You'll own the full generalist remit—from daily HR operations to recruitment, culture and IR.

Reporting to the CFO, you will shape culture and lead HR initiatives within a 30–40 person team, contributing to the people strategy and growth of the business.
