Sacred Heart Mission in Melbourne, VIC is seeking a Peer Settlement Support Worker to join the Journey to Social Inclusion program. You will draw on lived experience to help participants move from homelessness to reliable housing, provide peer support, and connect people with community resources.

This is a maximum-term full time role commencing ASAP, with training and supervision to develop practice. Eligible candidates with lived experience are encouraged to apply; position based in Melbourne
