Mercure Sydney Blacktown is seeking a Part Time Commis Chef to join our kitchen team, mainly covering the breakfast shift for the hotel buffet and assisting with Distrikt Cafe's all-day menu. You will own the breakfast service, maintain high standards, and support stock and orders as needed.

We value trade qualifications, buffet service experience, robust communication, planning, and a can-do attitude to deliver outstanding guest meals and a smooth kitchen operation during peak times.
