First Focus is seeking an experienced Incident & Change Manager to own and evolve two critical service functions. You’ll shape how incidents are handled, drive change controls, and partner with teams to improve outcomes while remaining hands-on for major incidents.

You’ll report to the Head of Service Delivery and be judged on the maturity and effectiveness of Incident and Change Management. Autonomy and accountability are key throughout the role.
