Eil Global is seeking an on-call IT support engineer to service Sydney/NSW client sites. The role involves installing and upgrading operating systems, applying patches, and performing hardware/software break-fix. Solid English communication and basic Wi-Fi/networking knowledge are required.

The position is in office in Current South Wales with versatile, part-time/casual engagement terms. You will work within a dispatch framework addressing SLA-based support requests from clients in the APAC region.
