ALH Hotels is seeking a hands-on Publican (Venue Manager) for The Blue Cattle Dog Hotel in Sydney. Lead from the front, own the pub experience, ensure safety and compliance, and build a high-performing team in a family‑friendly dining workplace.

RSA and RCG licenses are required per NSW regulations. You’ll manage operations, drive guest satisfaction, and foster solid local ties across the venue and wider Endeavour Group network.
