Austin Engineering is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead the Perth facility in Kewdale. You will oversee day-to-day manufacturing and repair operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

You will manage a large workforce, drive Lean and continuous improvement, and collaborate with engineering, planning and procurement to meet production requirements. A robust safety culture and leadership presence are essential.
