Boeing Defence Australia seeks an experienced Payroll Analyst Team Lead to manage audit and compliance activities, and to lead historical payroll analysis and reconciliation across systems and records. The role communicates across Payroll, HR, IT and Legal, guiding a small team and coordinating office presence in Brisbane.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years end-to-end payroll experience, solid Excel skills, and familiarity with Aurion or PeopleSoft.
