The Great Southern Hotel Melbourne is seeking a Casual Guest Service Agent / Night Auditor to deliver warm, qualified experiences while supporting overnight operations. You will handle check-ins/outs, guest inquiries and balance hotel accounts.

You're expected to work independently overnight, with robust attention to detail, effective communication and positive computer skills; Opera PMS experience is highly regarded and weekend/public holiday shifts are required.
