Wilmar Sugar Australia Limited seeks a permanent Traffic Officer / Cane Rail Labourer based at Inkerman Mill in the Burdekin Region. The role operates on a rotating shift roster during Crush, with weekends and overtime possible, then transitions to daytime maintenance schedules.

The successful candidate will have a solid focus on rail operations safety, be able to communicate effectively, and provide regular feedback on performance while adapting to ongoing changes.
