BelgraviaPRO is seeking a Contact Centre Consultant to support Caravan Parks, Holiday Parks and Wellness Centres across Victoria, Australia. This is a full time, remote-work from home position with a rotating roster including weekends.

You will handle inbound and outbound guest communications via phone, email, SMS and live chat, deliver friendly service, upsell services and help secure bookings while maintaining guest satisfaction.
