SME Operations & Administration (WFM)
Build solid relationships across the business

Bring your operational knowledge to a major business transformation project and help shape Green by Nature’s current Workforce Management (WFM) system.

Two positions available secondment (approx. 8 months)

You’ll work with Operations and the WFM Project Team to support:
System design and operational processes
Data preparation and validation
User Acceptance Testing
Pilot rollout and implementation readiness
Skills Matrix and PeopleHub data activities

We’re looking for people who:
Understand GbN’ s operational and administrative processes
Are confident using Excel, systems, and operational data
Build solid relationships across the business
Are organised, adaptable and solutions-focused
Want to contribute to meaningful business change
