Landmark Group in Sydney is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant & Project Coordinator to support the Head of Sales & Acquisitions. You will bring structure to a quick-moving executive, coordinate cross-department work, and manage priorities across sales, marketing, development and aftercare.

You will work directly with a director involved in large-scale residential transactions, providing transparent communication, minutes, and milestone tracking. The role is office-based with full time hours.
