Seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead operations across its seven club outlets. This is a permanent role offering a market-competitive salary of AUD$130,000 to AUD$140,000. The successful candidate will take ownership of customer service standards, cost management, concept development, and team leadership across a multi-venue hospitality operation, making a real impact on how members and guests experience the club.

Proven experience managing food and beverage operations in a multi-outlet hospitality setting
Robust track record in cost control, budgeting, and P&L; management

Excellent people management skills with experience building and motivating hospitality teams
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to maintain high service standards across multiple venues

Preferred Qualifications
Hospitality or Food Service Management qualification, or equivalent industry experience
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
Experience in club or membership-based hospitality environments
