Administrative Assistant – Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

Are you highly organised, eager to learn, and enjoy working in a quick-paced office environment? We are looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our friendly team in a well-established air conditioning and refrigeration company that has proudly served our customers for over 40 years.

About the Role

You will receive comprehensive training to become an integral part of our operations team. As your skills develop, you will coordinate our sales and service personnel, helping to ensure jobs are scheduled efficiently and our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
Providing general administrative support to the office team
Answering phone calls and responding to customer enquiries
Scheduling and coordinating service technicians and sales staff
Preparing quotes, job documentation and correspondence
Maintaining customer records and databases
Liaising with customers, suppliers and technicians




Assisting with general office administration and daily operations

About You

We’re looking for someone who:
Has excellent organisational and time management skills
Communicates professionally and confidently
Learns quickly and enjoys developing new skills
Can prioritise tasks and work well under pressure
Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team
Previous administration or customer service experience is preferred but not essential
