Responsibilities include:
Lead the boys boarding house for the duration of the shift and act as the first point of contact for staff, students, families and College leadership
Oversee shift operations and hold primary responsibility for the welfare, safety and supervision of students in residence
Ensure daily routines are delivered smoothly and the residential environment remains safe, orderly and supportive of independence and life‑skills development
Provide consistent pastoral care and wellbeing support to students throughout the shift
Support students in a culturally respectful setting, with an understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives
Report directly to the Head of Boarding
