The Salvation Army Australia in Nunawading, VIC is seeking a dedicated Case Manager for our Homeless Outreach Program. You will engage with individuals experiencing homelessness, assist with housing access and connect them with health, financial and community supports.

You will work in a energetic outreach setting, building solid relationships and advocating for client needs. This permanent full time, onsite role reports to the Team Leader and offers meaningful impact and supportive teamwork.
