About the Role

As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be the welcoming face of our store - helping customers explore new favourites, answering product questions, and creating a memorable shopping experience. You’ll support daily store operations, maintain beautiful displays, and contribute to a positive, high‑performing team culture.

This role is perfect for someone who loves beauty, thrives in a fast‑paced workplace, and enjoys connecting with customers.

What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering friendly, personalised service and beauty advice
Assisting customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases
Operating the POS system and processing transactions accurately
Maintaining a clean, safe,



and visually inspiring store environment
Replenishing stock, rotating products, and supporting merchandising
Receiving deliveries and ensuring shelves are fully stocked
Staying up to date with beauty trends, new launches, and global favourites
Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals
Following company policies, including returns, exchanges, and safety procedures

What You’ll Bring

Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customers
Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work weekends or late trade
