An experienced Property Manager role managing a residential portfolio in a independently agency. This is a Monday to Friday role with administrative support and bonuses. You'll manage your portfolio, build genuine relationships with rental providers and renters, and work without micromanagement.

Key responsibilities

Managing the day-to-day operations of your residential portfolio

Building solid relationships with rental providers, renters and contractors

Conducting entry, routine and exit inspections

Coordinating maintenance and working closely with trades and service providers

Managing lease renewals and rent reviews

Attending VCAT hearings when required

Keeping on top of compliance with Victorian tenancy legislation and internal procedures





Working closely with our administration team to keep everything running smoothly

About you

Previous experience as a Property Manager

An Agent's Representative Certificate

A strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and Victorian tenancy legislation

Experience managing tenancy matters from start to finish

Solid relationship-building and client service skills

The confidence to independently manage a portfolio once you know our systems

Robust organisation and time-management skills

A current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Experience with Property Tree and Inspection Express - desirable, but not essential
