We are working with a well-established Australian-owned fire and building compliance company with a consistently growing portfolio across the Central Coast.

Due to several current service contracts across hospitals, pubs/clubs and existing commercial sites, they are looking for a Passive Fire Technician to join the team.

The role will involve:
Inspecting passive fire systems across commercial sites
Inspecting fire doors, fire-rated walls, penetrations and fire stopping
Identifying defects, gaps and non-compliant installations
Completing minor passive fire rectification and repair works
Sealing penetrations and completing fire stopping
Completing digital service reports and recording defects
Taking photos and documenting completed works
Liaising with site contacts and explaining identified issues
Working independently across a scheduled list of Central Coast sites

You will be supported by an experienced wider team while having the autonomy to manage your own day in the field.

This is a excellent prospect for a Passive Fire Technician looking for consistent local work with a growing commercial portfolio.
