Queensland Health is seeking an IWFM Subject Matter Expert to support the Mackay Hospital and Health Service during the Stage 4 IWFM implementation. The SME provides local rostering knowledge, advises on configuration, and champions change across the staff impacted by the rollout.

The role focuses on embedding IWFM processes, promoting adoption, and assisting the Business Implementation Team to realise long-term workforce management advantages within Mackay region facilities.
