We are currently seeking an experienced Tenancy Manager, who is immediately available for a fully onsite role based in St Leonards.

We are looking for applicants with a housing background in either community housing, real estate/lettings or property management to manage a large portfolio of nearly 200 clients.

Role duties:
Managing tenant relationships
Sustaining tenancies
Property management
Tenant support
Compliance and administration

Essential criteria:
Experience dealing with tenants in either community or private housing.
Excellent customer service skills and an impeccable telephone manner.
Emotional maturity and ability to handle sometimes sensitive conversations.
Ability to handle competing and changing priorities.
High attention to detail and top-level verbal and written communication.
A high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Intermediate Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skill
