This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative People & Culture team, where you'll play a key role in delivering practical HR advice and operational support across the business.
We're looking for an experienced HR professional who enjoys building relationships, partnering with leaders and employees, and getting into the detail when it comes to systems, reporting, compliance and people processes.

About the Role

This is a hands-on generalist role with a robust operational focus. You'll provide advice across the employee lifecycle, manage employee relations matters, coordinate HR processes and contribute to learning and development initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing HR advice and support to leaders and employees
Managing employee relations and case management matters
Reviewing flexible working requests, contract variations and other employment matters
Delivering workforce reporting, analytics and HR insights
Supporting HR systems, data integrity and process improvements
Coordinating and facilitating learning and development programs
Assisting with recruitment activities and employee engagement initiatives





Employee relations matters are generally low volume, with a focus on achieving positive outcomes through a fair, consultative and supportive approach.

About You:

You’ll bring:
Previous experience as an HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor
Solid understanding of Australian employment legislation and HR processes
Experience managing employee relations matters and case management
Confidence working with HR systems, reporting and workforce data
A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to getting things done
Experience with Employment Hero is an advantage
