The Role
Working alongside the General Manager, you will help lead the day-to-day running of the hotel across bars, food, entertainment, functions and gaming. You will support, coach and motivate a excellent team, keep service standards high, and make sure every guest leaves wanting to come back. This is a real opportunity to build your leadership skills, take on responsibility and grow with an expanding hospitality group.

What You Will Bring
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a pub or hotel
Honesty, reliability and a professional approach
A hands-on style with robust leadership and communication skills
Sound knowledge of hotel operations, including food, beverage and gaming
A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
The ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressureStrong attention to detail and good organisational skills
A solid understanding of compliance requirements to keep the venue protected and lawful
