Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the CEO and Board to implement strategic plans through operational execution.
Oversee resource planning, budgeting, and performance metrics to support growth.
Strengthen relationships with sponsors, CROs, vendors,



and internal teams to ensure seamless trial delivery.
Drive continuous improvement across processes, systems, and team capability.

About You: We’re looking for a pragmatic and experienced operational leader with deep knowledge of clinical trial delivery. The ideal candidate will bring:
Proven experience in a senior operational role within Clinical Trials.
Solid understanding of trial logistics, regulatory compliance, and site coordination.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Financial and resource management expertise.
