Minor Hotels in NSW is seeking a casual Chef de Partie to support our Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort and Elysia Wellness Retreat. You will prepare and plate meals to brand standards, work with a dedicated kitchen team, and help manage rosters and stock.

This role offers flexibility across breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with weekend and public holiday shifts. The ideal candidate has a Certificate III in Cookery, hotel/restaurant experience, and a genuine passion for cooking.
