Catalina Consultants is seeking a motivated, organised Legal Assistant for a part time role on the Upper North Shore of Sydney. You will support two solicitors across Wills & Estates, Probate, Estate Administration and Property matters, with responsibility for file management and progressing matters.

The role emphasizes ownership, independence and a up-to-date approach to legal practice, with an openness to AI and automation. 3 days per week, with potential for 4 days for the right candidate.
