We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Pool Lifeguards to join our casual pool on an as-needed basis. If you are passionate about water safety and enjoy working in a dynamic aquatic environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
Supervise swimmers and enforce pool rules to ensure a safe aquatic environment
Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, including performing rescues and administering first aid
Conduct regular pool inspections and monitor water conditions
Maintain accurate records of incidents, attendance, and pool maintenance activities
Set up and pack down pool equipment as required
Provide excellent customer service to all patrons and visitors
Assist with the delivery of aquatic programs and activities when required

Requirements
Current Pool Lifeguard qualification (or equivalent)
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Solid swimming ability and physical fitness
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends, public holidays, and early mornings
